Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver manual and automated testing activities supporting digital transformation initiatives
Test Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, including Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dataverse-based solutions, and associated business processes
Quickly understand new business processes, applications, and technologies
Manage testing activities across multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated regression tests across UI and API/integration layers
Perform manual testing activities
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD delivery pipelines so they run automatically during build and release processes
Contribute to the organisation's Testing Practice and high-performing testing team
Support quality, reliability, and usability of business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform applications (Power Pages, Power Apps, Dataverse) and associated business processes, including requirements analysis, test scenario design, test execution, defect management, and end-to-end business process validation
Demonstrated experience performing UI, functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing across web-based and enterprise applications
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated UI regression test suites for enterprise applications, particularly Dynamics 365/Power Platform, using Playwright, Selenium, EasyRepro, or similar frameworks
Experience automating API/integration testing for backend services and integrations using Postman/Newman, REST Assured, or Playwright API testing
Demonstrated experience integrating automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, source control, defect management, test management, and reporting practices
Understanding of SDLC principles and Agile delivery methodologies
Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
Adaptability and flexibility to move between projects, technologies, testing phases, teams, and business domains
Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
ISTQB Automation Certification or similar certification is desirable
In-depth experience testing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Power BI solutions is desirable
Experience using Jira or similar tools for test and defect management is desirable
