About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ideate and produce short-form video content for brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop social-led campaigns and organic content to achieve client objectives
- Collaborate with the content strategist to create engaging, on-brand, on-platform content
- Stay updated on short-form platform features and trends and turn them into impactful brand content
- Lead Juniors and Interns, providing clear guidance and ensuring understanding of responsibilities
- Present creative concepts and ideas to clients
- Operate phone cameras and edit content to enhance stories
- Inspire Juniors and interns through knowledge of social content, culture, communities, trends, challenges, and features
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 5 years of agency experience
- Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
- Passion for storytelling through short-form video
- Skilled in developing social-led content formats and series, and presenting them to clients
- Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into effective social campaigns
- Proficient in capturing organic social content with cameras or smartphones
- Strong grasp of lighting and framing
- Enthusiastic user of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Skilled in YouTube Creator Studio, CapCut, and Reels in-app editing tools
- Experience coaching juniors and interns with clear feedback and development opportunities
- Fluent in English
- Valid EU work permit required
- Dutch proficiency is a plus
