About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on role and authorization concepts and implement these concepts for SAP ERP and S/4HANA, taking Segregation of Duties (SoD) into account
- Monitor assigned authorizations and ensure ongoing monitoring and continuous plausibility checks
- Independently analyze authorization issues and develop solutions through to successful implementation
- Monitor processes with regard to audit requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement improvements
- Advise clients on the feasibility of requirements in role and authorization management
- Serve as an expert for internal and external stakeholders on authorization-related matters
- Actively contribute to projects such as migrations to S/4HANA and apply the results to the implementation of authorization concepts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, with a focus on authorizations and Identity and Access Management; experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
- Degree in IT, such as IT Security, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science, or completed vocational training in an IT-related field
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Experience in project and change management is preferred
