Key responsibilities & impact

Perform integration work using Java, Python, or Golang, REST and SOAP APIs, and Identity services
Solve complex technical and business problems and learn new technologies and frameworks
Take full responsibility for owned features as part of the team
Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and improve products across their full life cycle
Embrace continuous integration and deployment in a delivery pipeline
Perform automated quality checks
Deploy cloud infrastructure and applications quickly
Provide operational tooling and metrics for development teams
Balance developer needs with critical systems uptime

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in backend engineering
Solid hands-on expertise in Java, Python, or Golang
Experience working with API Management platforms such as WSO2, MuleSoft, or Kong
Experience designing and developing APIs
Experience providing guidance on API design and development best practices
Experience defining operational procedures such as version control, deployments, and monitoring
Experience in OAuth2 implementations using Identity/SSO tools
Experience designing and modeling APIs using Swagger and API Developer toolkit
Experience installing and configuring various API product features and capabilities
Knowledge of Middleware and ESB tools is a plus
Experience working with Amazon Web Services
Experience working with observability platforms such as DataDog or NewRelic
Good skills in English
