About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 personal or academic projects demonstrating design thinking and user research
  • Any experience with Figma, Sketch, XD, or similar design tools
  • Coursework or self-study in UX fundamentals, user research, or interaction design
  • Familiarity with banking products or interest in financial technology
  • Experience designing for multiple regions or languages is a plus
  • Previous experience collaborating on teams (student projects, hackathons, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • High sense of quality and commitment
