Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer support by phone, chat, and ticketing system, ensuring prompt, high-quality responses
Log, classify, and track tickets, ensuring proper routing and compliance with service-level agreement (SLA) deadlines
Provide technical and functional support for the system, focusing on public-sector accounting processes
Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents
Guide users in operating the system
Assist with basic system configuration according to operational needs
Document support interactions and solutions implemented, contributing to the knowledge base
Collaborate with other departments to resolve more complex requests

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic knowledge of or experience with accounting processes, particularly revenue and expenses
Experience with or familiarity with customer support by phone, chat, or ticketing systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organization, proactivity, and analytical problem-solving skills
Preferred: Previous experience providing system support (help desk/service desk)
Preferred: Knowledge of databases and basic queries/SQL
Preferred: Knowledge of public-sector accounting
Preferred: Familiarity with municipal-sector processes
