About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, deploy, and monitor physical and virtual servers in on-premises data centers and cloud environments
- Plan, deploy, and administer Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization, including sizing, replication, and optimization
- Plan, deploy, and administer VEEAM backup, including policies, retention, and restore testing
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect directory services
- Support the administration of SQL Server database servers at the infrastructure level
- Plan, deploy, and administer services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- Implement and maintain operational automation using PowerShell, scripts, and Ansible
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity
- Support the operation of Fortinet firewalls, MFA, CrowdStrike EDR, Invicti Web Scan, and internal reverse proxies
- Support projects to migrate on-premises environments to OCI, modernize legacy operating systems, and reduce costs
- Support the operation of corporate systems at the infrastructure level
- Ensure availability, performance, information security, and SLA compliance
- Provide technical support to junior analysts and technicians on the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Intermediate English proficiency for technical reading, documentation, and tool consoles
- At least 3 years of experience in compatible Infrastructure roles
- Experience working in multicloud, virtualization, and security environments
- For internal candidates: previous experience as a Junior Infrastructure Analyst or in an equivalent role
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and productivity tools
- Knowledge of physical server hardware, Dell SC-4020 storage, Dell and UniFi switches, and UniFi access points
- Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Windows Server, including legacy version migrations, and basic knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of VEEAM, Zabbix, and Grafana
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure AD Connect
- Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, CrowdStrike EDR, Invicti Web Scan, MFA, and Zero Trust
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, enterprise Wi-Fi with RADIUS authentication, Cloudflare DNS, and internal reverse proxies
- Knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot
- Basic knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
