About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with customers to understand business goals, operational pain points, and workflow challenges
Design and build solutions on Slack’s AI-powered platform to address real business problems
Translate business requirements into practical implementation plans
Work alongside team members to bring solutions to life following the customer journey and design principles
Define and track measurable success criteria for each engagement
Stay current on the evolving Slack/Salesforce ecosystem, including AI-powered tools
Bring relevant innovations to customer engagements
Build trusted, long-term customer relationships
Report to the CEO

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong business acumen
Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate it into customer value
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, project teams, and executives
Collaborative mindset
Prior consulting, professional services, and client-facing solutions experience
Experience with Slack or similar collaboration/workflow platforms
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience with government or public-sector clients
Must be a U.S. citizen
