About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the full cycle of accounting and advisory services from planning to execution and delivery
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client engagements
Stay updated on accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices
Ensure compliance in client engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in US public accounting or a similar client-facing role
Deep understanding of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and practices
Advanced proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to have: Public Sector or Government Accounting Experience
Onsite work in Makati required for the 1st year
Night shift required
