About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support registration of Develocity as a supplier in customers’ procurement portals.
Complete recurring questionnaires and gather supporting evidence with Security, Legal, and Finance teams.
Learn and improve supplier registration processes.
Keep guides and training material up to date.
Build, test, and improve AI-supported workflows with Claude and common automation tools.
Help introduce new software tools, write short guides, and answer team questions.
Assist Business Administration with recurring administrative tasks and maintain internal records and systems.
Support Finance teams from time to time.
Take on other tasks across the department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolment in a master’s program, for example in business administration, business informatics, financial controlling, or a comparable field.
Basic understanding of business administration, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
Flexibility and an open mind.
Interest in improving current systems and processes and working with automation and AI tools such as Claude Code.
Independent, focused, and structured way of working.
Collaborative mindset and good communication skills.
German at C2 or native level.
English at B2 level or higher.
