Create and review complex acute-care rehabilitation scenarios
Create and review longitudinal chart cases, gold-standard answers, and evaluation rubrics
Assess AI outputs for appropriate clinical reasoning, functional assessment, mobility or swallow recommendations, discharge planning, documentation quality, and safe multidisciplinary care coordination
Contribute to an AI training and evaluation project focused on realistic clinical reasoning, chart review, rehabilitation planning, and patient safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional qualification in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Therapy / Pathology
Active or recently held professional license, registration, or recognized credential appropriate to the candidate’s country
Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in the relevant discipline
Current or recent practice within the last 3 years
Strong experience in acute-care hospital or inpatient clinical environments
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to interpret complex or fragmented patient records
Experience documenting functional assessments, treatment recommendations, progress, and discharge needs
Strong written English and ability to provide clear, clinically defensible reasoning
