Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong professional experience with one or more backend programming languages, such as Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
Demonstrated experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
Practical experience with debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
Strong code review skills and the ability to identify correctness, quality, and maintainability issues.
Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and fundamental computer science concepts.
Ability to independently analyze technical problems and develop reliable solutions.
