Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong professional experience in family law
  • Experience handling complex family law matters in a BigLaw, leading law firm, or comparable high-complexity legal environment
  • Strong legal research, writing, and case-analysis skills
  • Experience drafting or reviewing family law agreements, court documents, or legal memoranda
  • Proven ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedent
  • Strong ability to review complex legal documents and identify material issues
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Active legal licensure and demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law are required
