About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and manage assigned engagements in accordance with established budgets and timelines
  • Perform due diligence on the data and information used in connection with engagements
  • Work autonomously within the area of expertise to ensure the successful completion of engagements
  • Draft, review, and prepare proposals, and document the firm’s relevant experience
  • Identify professional development needs and complete appropriate training or readings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members of the business community and the firm to identify business opportunities for RCGT
  • Participate in activities that increase personal and firm visibility, including delivering training, writing articles, and participating in professional associations
  • Supervise the resources carrying out activities under the role’s responsibility
  • Coordinate, as needed, the work of team members assigned to projects and ensure the application of analytical methods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience
  • CBV/EEE professional designation obtained or in progress
  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills
  • Very good command of English, where required by the responsibilities of the position and client interactions
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and specialized software related to the area of expertise
