About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align services with their goals
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand evolving needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop strategic proposals for RFPs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Experience within automation Industry would be considered as an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering preferred
  • Leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
  • Flexibility with travel up to 50% across North America
