About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Understand client needs and align services with their goals
- Collaborate with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Implement lead generation tactics including market research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment
- Engage, support, and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
- Experience within the automation industry considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Engineering preferred
- Leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% across North America
