About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare technical project descriptions and formulate them in a manner suitable for expert review, clearly highlighting their innovative aspects
- Translate client projects into grant-compliant work packages, milestones, and timelines
- Analyze the current state of the art and precisely define the project’s innovative aspects
- Develop and plan funding strategies for companies and research institutions
- Screen relevant funding programs and their requirements
- Prepare initial cost estimates for grant-funded projects
- Depending on seniority, manage client relationships for the technical aspects of grant applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed master’s degree in a STEM field
- Initial experience in grant funding or project management is preferred
- Scientifically precise, polished, and structured communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to become familiar with complex subject matter quickly
- Strong initiative, conscientiousness, and a structured approach to work
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
