About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Granum’s mission, culture, and commitment to the green industry to prospective candidates
Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, Onboarding, and Support roles
Source, screen, and close candidates end to end
Build and maintain a bench of warm candidates
Proactively source through LinkedIn Recruiter, personal networks, and top performers’ networks
Keep candidate pipeline data current in Greenhouse
Balance business needs with candidate experience
Support the team and candidates through additional duties as needed
Report directly to the VP, People & Culture and work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in a fast-moving environment
Ability to own a high-volume, recurring workload while maintaining attention to detail
Confidence running outbound outreach and cold conversations
Ability to maintain a candidate bench over multiple months
Familiarity with an ATS; Greenhouse is a plus
Familiarity with a sourcing tool such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Interest in AI and leveraging the latest technologies for recruitment
Must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in Canada or the U.S. without company sponsorship
