About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain, repair, and install electrical and mechanical systems within a manufacturing environment
- Follow established procedures and processes
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
- Obtain and provide information within the immediate team
- Follow plant, hygiene, allergens, and Safe Quality Foods procedures
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and SQF noncompliance
- Participate in SQF root cause and corrective actions related to complaints, audits, validation, and verification activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Education and equivalent experience
- May require vocational/technical training
- Entry level position with limited prior training or work experience
- Knowledge of processes and procedures essential to the job
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to follow plant rules, processes, hygiene, allergens, and Safe Quality Foods procedures
- Ability to report potentially unsafe conditions and customer complaints
- Ability to participate in SQF root cause and corrective actions as required
