About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the centralized Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team within Global Business Services
- Develop and maintain knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes
- Prepare and deliver analyses and reports on working capital, cash flow, and key financial metrics
- Support forecasting and KPI tracking by analyzing trends and identifying variances
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams and cross-functional partners to improve data transparency and end-to-end processes
- Identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Build technical skills in data analysis and reporting tools
- Use automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve data processing and forecasting accuracy
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects for operational improvements and strategic initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Three-six years of progressively more responsible experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and/or fiscal management
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience leading and working in a diverse, changing, and growing business environment
- Knowledge of the theory, methods, principles, and practices of accounting management
- Understanding of GAAP
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive and creative approach to problem solving, with ability to take ownership of assigned projects
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and accuracy
