About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate and hold overall responsibility for product outcomes associated with straight-line gluers, promotional gluers, and related peripheral converting equipment
  • Interpret and document standards related to equipment and product performance/quality
  • Maintain equipment
  • Lead assigned crew members
  • Perform equipment operations, adjustments, tests, and conversions of primary and peripheral equipment associated with converting operations
  • Motivate crewmembers to ensure quality, efficiency, area cleanliness, safety, and SQF standards are maintained
  • Test and inspect products to ensure consistent quality and operational standards
  • Verify and communicate product standards and work standards to execute production
  • Perform minor maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, adjustments, repairs, and authorized modifications
  • Perform other organizational duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 to 6:00)
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required
  • 3-2-2 schedule (rotating days of the week)
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime
