About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Arrive at the machine before shift start
  • Inspect cartons and pack them into a box or bag
  • Notify the operator or Supervisor of non-conforming products
  • Move to the machine outfeed during machine downtime to prepare for start-up
  • Work on reclaim whenever the machine goes down
  • Help with daily cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing
  • Pick up bags from the floor and place them properly
  • Check for excess glue
  • Inspect and package material

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Great work ethic
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability and willingness to learn new things and work in a fast-paced environment
  • No experience required; training provided
  • No high school diploma/GED required
