About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Keep equipment and facility operational
  • Complete preventive maintenance schedules
  • Follow policies and procedures
  • Complete repairs
  • Install replacement parts
  • Report needed changes
  • Follow plant safety, SOP, LOTO, PPE, hygiene, allergen, and Safe Quality Food procedures
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions and customer complaints
  • Participate in SQF root-cause and corrective-action activities as required
  • Work 12-hour night shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to demonstrate basic skills in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and welding
  • Advanced experience in electrical troubleshooting and PLC logic is a definite plus
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • SAP knowledge would be an additional benefit
  • Minimum of (1) year industrial experience requested
  • Must be able to work safely and follow plant SOP, LOTO and PPE
  • Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures related to production of Safe Quality Foods
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority
  • Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions as required
  • Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
