About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in overall product outcome associated with web offset presses
  • Interpret and document standards related to product performance and quality
  • Assist in maintenance and setup of equipment for customer product
  • Fill in as Assistant Press Operator if needed
  • Set up materials for press operation
  • Assist with equipment operation, adjustments, tests, and conversions associated with converting operators
  • Maintain department integrity to ensure consistent quality and operational standards
  • Verify and communicate product standards and work standards to execute production
  • Perform other organizational duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6:00 to 6:00)
  • Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required
  • 3-2-2 schedule (rotating days of the week)
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
