Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for planning, managing, and successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, including budget, scheduling, and resource management.
Lead large, international projects as overall project manager, rollout manager, or IT coordinator.
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary and international project teams.
Manage stakeholders effectively at enterprise level.
Apply the SAP Activate methodology and oversee all project phases.
Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and manage testing and migration activities through go-live.
Ensure project quality, manage risks, and comply with defined standards.
Resolve technical and process-related challenges.
Continuously develop project management processes and standards within the SAP environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of relevant experience in project and team leadership.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP, particularly S/4HANA transformations and established project methodologies such as SAP Activate.
Strong technical or IT background.
Technical skills, preferably in SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, integration scenarios) or a technical IT environment.
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to pursue unconventional approaches when appropriate.
