About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for planning, managing, and successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, including budget, scheduling, and resource management.
Lead large-scale, international projects as overall Project Manager, Rollout Manager, or IT Coordinator.
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary and international project teams.
Manage stakeholders at the group level.
Apply the SAP Activate methodology.
Manage all project phases, from fit-to-standard workshops and testing and migration activities through to go-live.
Ensure project quality and risk management.
Ensure compliance with defined standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Resolve technical and process-related challenges.
Further develop project management processes and standards within the SAP environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of relevant professional experience in project and team management.
Proven expertise in SAP, particularly in S/4HANA transformations and established project methodologies such as SAP Activate.
Strong technical skills, preferably in SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, integration scenarios) or a technical IT environment.
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to pursue unconventional approaches.
Technical or IT background.
