About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver marketing plans for the Charities sector and Managed Business Services in line with business growth objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, trends and competitive insights
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure activity performance to maximise ROI
  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, webinars, sponsorships and networking
  • Produce thought leadership and targeted content to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities
  • Build relationships with industry bodies, referrers and key networks
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI and improve future activity using insights
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the Charities and Managed Business Services teams
  • Provide regular updates on marketing plans, progress and results
  • Collaborate with the wider Clients & Markets team on the firm's strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced marketing professional within a professional services firm environment, ideally within an accountancy and advisory firm
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, solve problems and work proactively
  • Experience or knowledge of the Charities sector or a similar public sector market segment is desirable
