About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the main contact for OTC clients and manage communication and quoting through chat channels
- Supervise and support junior desk staff who handle daily quoting
- Act as the go-to person for management on everything happening on the desk
- Build and grow relationships with counterparties such as brokerages, treasury desks, payment providers, and fintechs
- Keep the desk process running smoothly and reliably during Southeast Asian trading hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a client-facing sales or relationship role in finance, for example at a brokerage or on a bank's treasury or brokerage desk
- Strong communication skills and comfort managing client relationships from start to finish
- A good understanding of financial products and how trading and execution work
- Ability to work hours that match Southeast Asian markets
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to take ownership of a process and the people running it
- Experience with crypto, digital assets, or FX (nice to have)
- A technical or trading background (nice to have)
