About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise the lifecycle of multiple concrete construction projects
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, performance, financial, budget, and timeline goals
- Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Serve as the primary customer contact when issues escalate beyond the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager level
- Guide project teams by setting goals, providing feedback, promoting professional growth, and ensuring required documentation and meetings are completed
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and change order management
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions
- Implement and monitor risk management practices
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation and track action items and deliverables
- Negotiate with stakeholders and resolve project hurdles
- Ensure contractual terms are understood and followed
- Mentor and train project management staff
- Supervise team members and oversee project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management (or equivalent) role
- Proven ability to ensure project success through effective planning, design, and execution
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large, diverse teams and multi-regional projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC
- Exceptional communication skills, including leading teams and negotiating effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving, resource planning, and project scheduling abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
- Deep knowledge of construction procedures, particularly concrete construction
- Ability to proactively identify and address potential project issues
- Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including frequently lifting/moving up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to work required overtime and travel
