About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, communicate, review, validate, and interpret schedules during the design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects
  • Produce, maintain, update, and regularly issue project schedules throughout project durations
  • Monitor trends and alert management to potential positive and negative effects
  • Communicate and implement general construction sequences across all project workstreams
  • Travel to jobsites as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a qualified scheduler
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Construction industry experience required
  • Understanding of logic relationships between components of turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects
  • Fundamental understanding of design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling, and building systems
  • Ability to generate schedules using process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and traditional construction documents
  • Leadership skills to communicate and implement construction approaches across project workstreams
  • Experience using recent versions of Microsoft Project and Primavera
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, software, and email
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be physically present in the Lexington office
  • Ability to travel to jobsites as necessary
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
