  • Work from a home office when not traveling
  • Travel regularly to salons and company meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be based in the Detroit metro-market area
  • Ability to build relationships, motivate, coach, and influence others
  • Customer service orientation mentality
  • Ability to conduct workshops and presentations
  • Basic understanding of financials
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet functionality
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • 2 years post high school business or equivalent education and 4 years of salon/retail management experience required
  • Ability to travel 40–60% of the time
  • Reliable, secure internet for remote work
