About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer service
- Focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages
- Upsell products to existing customers
- Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club
- Greet customers and exceed expectations through long-lasting first impressions
- Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks
- Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Address customer escalations in a calm and collected manner
- Operate basic functional retail equipment, including computer and POS systems
- Pitch memberships when interacting with new customers
- Learn the wash process and equipment
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment
