About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver multiple property projects in line with agreed programmes, budgets and design briefs
  • Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery
  • Challenge design and construction costs to drive value and maximise financial returns
  • Support value engineering activity to improve quality, efficiency and cost outcomes
  • Champion brand design standards and ensure they are consistently applied and evolved
  • Establish and promote best practice procedures across design, build and delivery processes
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, innovation and best practice within construction and development
  • Ensure all projects comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to financial, customer and operational excellence objectives across the estate
  • Cover the Midlands to Scotland and spend 2–3 days per week in Scotland

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience delivering multi-site projects within hospitality, leisure or property development environments
  • Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills
  • Ability to analyse problems, make decisions and deliver results under pressure
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations
  • Knowledge of property, asset management and maintaining operational effectiveness
  • Ideally hold a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Proactive, innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and high standards
  • Projects must comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
