About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales
  • 3+ years closing complex, committee-driven deals into financial institutions
  • Personally closed seven-figure TCV deals into heavily regulated buyers
  • Consistent multi-year quota attainment built on repeatable wins
  • Meaningful share of closed revenue personally sourced
  • Executive presence with C-level and SVP-level buyers inside large institutions
  • Experience navigating enterprise buying processes including security, procurement, legal, and vendor review
  • Experience selling into financial institutions is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to re-enter and restart stalled accounts at an executive level
  • Disciplined qualification and forecasting using MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or an equivalent
  • Senior-level judgment and ability to create momentum independently
