About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner closely with the IDC office in Bangalore and US-based design team members on UX/UI direction
Provide design support to extend the US-based design team
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure alignment across product areas and the design system
Work with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs
Address design-related implementation issues and adjustments
Create key UI views, UX flows, and components for finalizing designs
Conduct quality assurance checks across devices and platforms
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve design processes and tools
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other core teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing skills and attention to detail, preferably for a mobile application
Mastery and speed in Figma
Ability to produce prototypes to support engineers
Knowledge and efficiency of Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Attention to detail and consistency
Passion for high-quality, user-centered designs
Portfolio showcasing work
Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns
