About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the acquisition of new customers and build relationships with existing customers
- Independently plan and conduct engaging product webinars
- Create presentations that inform and inspire customers
- Quickly familiarize yourself with new industries, including energy suppliers and corporate customers
- Understand customer needs and explore ESG topics
- Exchange insights with customers and prospective customers
- Share customer knowledge and experience with the team to support product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program (at least in the third semester) in business, energy-related studies, or a comparable field
- Interest in software solutions
- Enthusiasm for the energy transition and renewable energy
- Interest in interacting with customers across a range of industries
- Ability to quickly understand complex interrelationships
- Motivation to actively apply knowledge acquired during your studies
- Webinar experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious
- Very good German and good English skills, at a minimum
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and video tools
- Complete application documents, including a cover letter and CV
