About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of YouTube channel projects from ideation through results
- Create and develop YouTube channels for English-speaking markets
- Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities
- Produce videos at scale, including ideas, scripts, voice-over, thumbnails, and publishing
- Build SEO-driven content strategies designed to rank
- Remix and repurpose existing content to test keywords, angles, and formats
- Optimise titles, thumbnails, and hooks based on performance
- Track rankings, CTR, retention, traffic, and conversions
- Run experiments, analyse results, and decide what to test next
- Use AI and automation throughout the workflow
- Operate within YouTube policies and a regulated iGaming industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Heavy YouTube user with an understanding of why some videos work
- Comfortable testing rather than guessing
- Comfortable working with numbers and learning from failure
- Proactive and willing to figure things out independently
- Some experience with video editing or content creation
- Basic SEO understanding or genuine interest in learning it
- Already uses AI tools and likes experimenting with new ones
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Strong plus: experience running a YouTube channel, website, social account, or personal content project
