About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities in the French-speaking market through keywords, search intent, competitors, and content angles
- Launch YouTube channels and develop video ideas, scripts, voice-overs, thumbnails, and publications
- Build YouTube SEO-driven content strategies and optimise titles, thumbnails, and hooks
- Analyse rankings, CTR, retention, traffic, and conversions
- Run experiments, interpret results, and adapt future tests
- Use AI and automation throughout the workflow
- Operate within YouTube policies and the constraints of a regulated iGaming industry
- Progressively take ownership of channels and potentially grow into portfolio or team management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience with video editing or content creation
- Understanding of SEO basics or genuine interest in learning SEO
- Experience using AI tools and interest in experimenting with new ones
- Native French
- Good English, the team's working language
- Curiosity and strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable with numbers and testing
- Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions independently
- Interest in YouTube and ability to notice why videos perform differently
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn YouTube policies and regulated-industry constraints
- A YouTube channel, website, social media account, or other digital project is a strong plus
