About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Carry out the Group’s monthly consolidation process
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
  • Identify and monitor conversion adjustments between local standards and the Group's IFRS-EU reporting standard
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor consolidation adjustments, including elimination of intra-group balances, transactions, and margins
  • Determine Goodwill resulting from Group transactions
  • Monitor the Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) exercise
  • Communicate with Group subsidiaries regarding timely closing of individual accounts
  • Ensure subsidiaries comply with Group accounting policies and the quality of subsidiary reporting packages
  • Support the audit process for consolidated accounts and liaise with auditors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or any similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, accounting, or consolidation
  • Big-4 experience is considered a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial information
  • Knowledge of consolidation tasks and mastery of IFRS-EU (mandatory)
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Motivation for implementing procedures and suggesting improvements
  • Analytical ability, autonomy, and critical thinking
