About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support on commercial contracts for renewable development projects, including NDA, NBO, consultancy agreements, EPCs, BOP, BOS, BSA, TSA, and related agreements
- Support global M&A matters within the EU and Asia, including legal due diligence and coordination with external legal advisors
- Support PPA negotiations
- Support financing processes, including due diligence review and documentation review
- Coordinate corporate matters within Greenvolt Power Spain, including external legal advisors, General Assembly and Management Board minutes, and company-body decisions and resolutions
- Support paralegal matters, including coordination with notaries, registries, and third-party service providers, legal invoices, and internal processes
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
- Support the preparation and implementation of internal procedures, policies, and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master Degree in Law
- Between 2-4 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects, mainly Procurement and M&A
- Organisational, teamwork and reporting skills
- English professional level
- Willingness to absorb new knowledge and perform under pressure
