About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the monitoring and follow-up of strategic projects, operational activities, and commercial opportunities across multiple geographies
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and management materials for decision-making
Collect, analyse, and consolidate operational, commercial, financial, and market information from different teams and countries
Monitor business opportunities, customer activities, and key performance indicators through CRM and reporting tools
Contribute to continuous improvement, process standardisation, and operational efficiency projects
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and action tracking
Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research
Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functional areas
Support the development and maintenance of reporting templates, management tools, and business documentation
Contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives related to renewable energy, sustainability, and energy transition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Sustainability, or a related field
Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, decarbonisation, and the energy transition
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and international environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, data analysis, and business processes
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or others will be considered a plus
