About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Trade & Supply Chain Finance activities across multiple geographies and Greenvolt business units
- Assist in the issuance, amendment, renewal, monitoring and cancellation of bank guarantees, sureties, letters of credit and other trade finance instruments
- Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders regarding trade finance operations, documentation and required approvals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation and reporting related to guarantees and trade finance transactions
- Monitor outstanding guarantees, expiry dates, utilization levels and related follow-up actions
- Support working capital optimization, supplier financing and Supply Chain Finance initiatives
- Assist with monitoring banking facilities, available limits and trade finance exposure
- Prepare analyses, reports and presentations to support decision-making within Trade & Supply Chain Finance
- Contribute to improving and standardizing processes, controls and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking requirements and applicable procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Languages (Spanish and English, a third language is a plus)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Financial Management, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (Trade Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking or Supply Chain Finance)
- Understanding of bank guarantees, sureties, letters of credit and other trade finance products is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of working capital concepts and finance processes
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or treasury management systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international and fast-paced environment
