About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements within the project scope
Prepare and document functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows under the team’s guidance
Actively participate in project Agile ceremonies, maintaining communication with the technical team and business areas
Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, assisting with the consolidation of results and the user acceptance phase
Assist in analyzing the impacts of new requests and scope changes, reporting findings to senior analysts and leadership
Work with the project team to understand business rules and ensure that systems comply with established guidelines
Identify opportunities to improve routine processes and systems
Support end-user training, the creation of support materials, and the organization of training sessions
Collaborate on backlog organization and demand detailing during refinement sessions
Support the prototyping of solutions, such as screens, reports, and workflows, for validation with business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
Practical experience working on IT projects, which may include internships, applied research, or experience as a key user in implementations
Knowledge of TOTVS Datasul
Familiarity with or practical experience in functional requirements specification, improvement tracking, and software testing
Strong communication skills to interact with internal clients and support the facilitation of project meetings and activities
Previous experience of up to 2 years in business analysis or IT operations is desirable
