About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and monitor medium- and high-complexity projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Define and lead discovery phases, schedules, scope, risks, costs, and stakeholder engagement
- Make decisions regarding project prioritization and problem-solving
- Work with strategic stakeholders, including managers and coordinators
- Identify patterns and improvement opportunities across projects through a cross-functional perspective
- Propose improvements to project management methodologies and processes
- Deliver training and promote best practices across the team and IT organization
- Support project governance and the tracking of project metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced project management skills (Agile and traditional)
- Risk management, cost management, and planning
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com
- Metrics and capacity analysis
- Facilitation and communication techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Project management certifications preferred
