About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage payroll from start to finish: payroll inputs, employee records in ADP, time management, payslip review and validation, and DSN filings.
- Manage supplementary health insurance and benefits administration: enrollments, terminations, and portability.
- Manage operations related to the payment of profit-sharing with the partner.
- Perform checks at each payroll closing, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor legal and collective bargaining developments and ensure regulatory changes are applied.
- Answer employee and manager questions about payroll and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR reports, particularly payroll-related reports.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR activities, including mutual termination agreements, dismissals, creation of payslip information statements, and updates to employee communication tools and tutorials.
- Communicate primarily in written English with various Group stakeholders.
- Work in tandem with the other Payroll Specialist within the HR team, reporting to the Head of Human Resources.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have comprehensive payroll expertise and at least two years of experience in a similar role.
- You are comfortable using ADP payroll software and Excel, particularly for tracking and analyzing data and preparing reports.
- Rigorous, organized, and responsive, you can manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and can communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
- Good written English skills are required, primarily for written communication.
