Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to analyze problems and find solutions
  • Willingness to learn new applications and technologies
  • Ability to communicate with users and developers
  • Willingness to take responsibility for applications and processes
  • Training, career-change program, further education, or personal projects in IT; training or retraining as an IT specialist for application development is particularly relevant
  • Relevant backgrounds may include MFA (medical assistant), ZFA (dental assistant), MTL/MTA (medical laboratory technician), BTA (biological technical assistant), or comparable medical or scientific qualifications
