About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide medical information and guidance on the blood or plasma donation process
- Conduct comprehensive medical history assessments and physical examinations of donors
- Monitor the donation process, including stabilizing impaired vital functions
- Assess laboratory results
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures
- Provide medical supervision of the donation process at donation centers
- Participate in regular training and continuing education
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed medical degree
- Medical license (Approbation) recognized in Germany
- Interest in continuous professional development and participation in further training
- Proficiency in standard software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to work scheduled early and late shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
