About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs
- Assess donor suitability and assist with set-up
- Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Superior customer service standards
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform tasks according to oral and written instructions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with diverse groups
- Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and extreme cold
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment
- Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, twist, squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels
- Ability to perform frequent hand and foot movements and precise finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Essential hearing acuity, color perception/discrimination, and correctable near and far vision
