About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Superior customer service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision requirements
- Ability to work sitting or standing for the entire shift, with bending and twisting
- Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical/laboratory equipment, and temperatures below 32°F
