  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable

  • Ability to perform according to oral or written instructions
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold
  • Ability to use required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, twist, squat, crouch, and reach below shoulder height
  • Ability to make frequent, precise coordinated movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and feet
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Correctable near and far vision and color perception/discrimination requirements
